ITSD Platform Basic trial terms

The Basic trial lasts 60 calendar days from activation and provides access to the features included in the Basic plan.

No payment method required

No credit card or payment authorization is collected during trial signup. The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

After the trial

If no paid plan is selected, the trial workspace pauses when the 60-day period ends. Contact IT Support Depot to select a paid plan and continue service.

Access and managed software

Trial expiration does not automatically uninstall agents, remove endpoint protection, or decrypt managed devices. Administrators remain responsible for planned offboarding.

Referral attribution

When a valid MSP referral link is used, the referring MSP may receive a recurring account credit after eligible paid subscription invoices. Trial signup alone does not create a credit.
